MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT
4.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Except for liability arising from a party’s breach of its confidentiality obligations, neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
In no event shall either party’s aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid or payable in the preceding twelve months.
4.3 INDEMNIFICATION.
Each indemnifying party shall defend and hold harmless the other party against all third-party claims and losses.

Michael Benezra is Partner for North America at Crewstone International Private Equity & Investments, where he evaluates AI technology and commercial real estate investments, advises portfolio strategy, and leads deal origination and investor relations.
He has sourced and structured cross-border private equity transactions spanning technology, life sciences, consumer businesses, and real estate.
Previously, Benezra served in technology and economic-development roles with the U.S. government and the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He also co-founded the GK Fund, helping expand access to capital for minority-owned businesses. He sits on the boards of several startups and nonprofit organizations.

At the GK Fund in Boston, Benezra helped secure institutional support and advance programs expanding capital access for Black, Indigenous, and other minority-owned businesses.
His public-service experience includes work with the U.S. Department of Commerce and technology-focused economic diplomacy for the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Benezra earned a Master of Arts in American Government from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Policy from the University of Washington. He was named to the Boston Business Journal 40 Under 40 class in 2021.
He serves on the boards of several startups and nonprofit organizations and has remained active in technology, entrepreneurship, housing, and civic initiatives.
